Meaning Nassarawa, kogi, plateau, kwara, Niger and Benue are now in Biafra. The other day, someone said Sokoto, kebbi, Zamfara, Kano, jigawa and Kano have signed a pact to join Biafra. As I speak, negotiation is ongoing with Bauchi, Gombe, Yobe, Adamawa, Borno and Taraba regarding their membership of Biafra.
