Getting a job is quiet hard, moreover I have submitted countless application in small/large offices but got few positive response that only ended up in rejection.

I am planning on moving down to Lagos. Last month I worked for someone who promised to pay me N25,000, and right now, he isn’t paying (It is actually as a secretary). I had already prepared my mind to use the money for my upkeep and other stuff.

Am i am paying people 30k per month woth three meals a day for farm hand role with a promise to up the salaries to 60-80k within a year and yet i am not appreciated

That's human nature for you, when you help them out, they will still be the ones saying derogatory words about you. But, that will not stop you from still helping out

What do we do. I plan to have like 20 from this forum as we expand and all. Their fathershouse spiritual problem keeps disturbing them. They will find all sorts of faults whereas nothing begins with a perfect beginning. There is no this or that where as their upkeep is perfect, they easily get distracted. Amd they forget age is running.


Anyways i am working with ten northerners and togolese this year to avoid stories that touch. Those ones are even collecting payments at the end of the year not even monthly.

Most youths do not know. Before they will now age and time would have gone. Agro workers enjoy the best currently. Three square meals that are good qualoty meals. No logistics fees. So, what and what are the monthly needs ? If they worked in other industries wont they work till month end before getting paid ?

I am facing northerners and togolese workers now. Those are even best for my pocket
