Good evening to u all

Dear Nairalanders

I'm reaching out to you because I need your advice. I'm a student in my final year of university, and I'm suffering from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I've been dealing with this since I was a child, but I only recently learned that this was the right term/terminology for it.

When I was young, I didn't think it was a serious problem, but as I got older, I realized that this was more serious than I thought, and it was becoming a real problem for me.

I've tried to get help from the university counseling center, but I couldn't get an appointment with the counselor. I'm frustrated, and I don't know what to do. Can you help me figure out a way to control my compulsions? I feel like I'm not in control of my own life.

OCD is a mental condition that is easy to treat.

Like other mental illnesses it responds very well to hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

Depression, anxiety OCD (obsessive compulsive disorders) can be treated with hbot like any other mental illness. HBOT is a stand-alone or complimentary to several other medical treatments.

HBOT is very easy for any one to take. It is very relaxing, very refreshing and very healthy for all to receive. It is the easiest medical treatment anyone can think of. It is exiting and worth trying even for freeeeeee to any lucky ones.
