And it's SUPER dumb. A person looking to kill off Nairaland could not have dreamed up a worse statement.

Imagine releasing a statement about NOT being a tribalist which includes a sentence like "...the more extreme variants of that claim are being pushed primarily by south-easteen tribalists..."

He blamed EVERYONE but himself.

He even blamed his employees which is ridiculous. After a military dictatorship in Nigeria, the next best.thing is a private company.

If your employees do NOT follow your instructions to the detriment of your business, your SACK them IMMEDIATELY.

ALSO, labour is cheap in Nigeria. There is no excuse for being understaffed if you have the resources for training and remuneration which I believe Nairaland has.

So if your business is short-staffed and current employees refuse to obey you, the blame is ON you.

Seuun is a tech-smart guy. But Nairaland has grown beyond what he started his room. Nairaland needs a CEO who knows how to work with people and move Nairaland to the next level.

Plus, I bet Nairaland has the potential to make a lot more money than whatever it makes now.
