I want you all to help me appreciate the almighty God for his love over my life
2022 was a bad year for me but I thank God for saving me and not letting me die in prison...

I graduated from the Polytechnic in 2018, ever since then I have been searching for a better job. I have been doing menial job to make ends meet.
So in 2021 I decided to pick up an hotel Job in Ibadan Oyo State, I was employed as a receptionist and my salary was 22,000..
I have been doing this job for 4month before this ugly incident happened.
I was on Night shift on this fateful day when a customer came to lodge in our hotel..after I checked him in, he told me to help me order for dinner at the kitchen which I did for him.
To cut the long story short, he called the reception that he needed my attention and on getting there It was another story entirely, he told me to sleep with him that he's going to pay me 50k If I can sleep with him, I told him it can't be possible that I'm contented with my salary, he started making moves towards me and I tried to move away from him but before I could know it this man dragged me to the bed and wanted to force me to have sex with him,I wanted to scream but he covered my mouth that I couldn't even breath, he was trying to pull over my trouser because we always put on trouser and a top which was given to us by the hotel management....

New moniker

He tried to pull off my trouser but I kept on dragging it with him.he was actually drunk that night and there was nothing I could do to free myself, I have lost all my strength and was just managing to breath, he had covered my mouth and I was not myself anymore, he was pressing my boobs and I was just trying to free myself from this man..

Unfortunately , he wanted to pull off his trouser when I pushed him to the wall and he hit his head on the wall.
Before I knew it blood started coming out from his head, I had to scream and alert the other workers and the manager of the hotel, we rushed him to Christus Hospital in Adamasingba Ibadan, but before we knew it this man gave up a ghost .

All fingers were pointed at me that I killed him because of money..the hotel management had call the police station and I was handcuffed and taken to Iyaganku police station...

I had to put a call to my mother because I had lost my dad at a very tender age.
The police had to detain mea and said this is. Murderer case and I was charged to court..
My mother couldn't raise money to get me a lawyer, it was my boyfriend that supported me..
I was remanded and taking to Agodi Correctional home In Gate.
I got to the prison on the 23rd of June and since then they didn't mention my case again

The family of the man was ready to fight the battle to the end .
I pleased not guilty to all the charges levelled against me but no one was there to defend me,
Those I think will support me had to leave me to bear the cross all alone...

I hope it is not made up

It was mercy that speak for me because I keep praying to God to please deliver me and he answered my prayer..

It was some human right activists that came to the prison and I was able to meet with one of them..
After much pleas , and I explain the whole situation to them...I was discharged and declared a free woman

I thank God for my life

It's been God..
I know he has a good purpose for my life and I believe this is just to test my fate in God


I have decided to open a new moniker just to share my story.

I pray we will not fall victims of bad things in Jesus name..

People with this type of bad luck like this are many in prison while they are yet to be release or get exonerated.

You don give me idea. Prison people hope say atheist no dey pray for prison? una suppose beat then for daring to pray. Dem no get right to repent when dey enter prison.

What a miracle... indeed very lucky. Praise God.
