Keep dreaming, or maybe u never ready to work cos all my life i have never seen any company that pays cleaner 60k.

Your problem is that your limited exposure has made you accept rubbish.

I know a Cleaner who earns 60k. In Ikeja o, not Lekki. Comes 6 days a week. Works from 9am till around 11 or 12 noon where she finishes cleaning the building. Then, goes home.
Guess what? She's working in 2 places.

In 2023, anybody that accepts to work in Island for 18k deserve everything thrown at him. As in practically impossible to survive on that salary unless you are stealing or begging for tips

The GM does not hate black, he just hate Nigeria attitude towards work.

You can never witness first hand slavery in this kind of organization until you work or have someone working there.

U no just get sence
You are the foolish one here, how can you be in a work environment where you feed underpaid, cheated and maltreated. And you cane online rant, you think other people don't have their own problems. Mr man resign, it's that simple.
Most of you deserve whatever pain you are going through, since you lack common sense.
