Earlier today, the Nigerian Police made headlines across social media for the arrest of individuals associated with Gistlover handlers. Notably, among those apprehended was Adebukola, a well-known comedian.

The situation became more perplexing when Gistlover reappeared on Instagram, sparking confusion among many.

Seeking clarity, Wiseloaded Media reached out to a close associate of Adebukola to uncover the genuine account behind the events.

According to Wiseloaded's insider, the Nigerian Police arrested and detained Adebukola, along with a fellow colleague and an individual running a fake Gistlover profile. Allegedly, Adebukola's connection to Gistlover stemmed from receiving a car gift from them some time ago, prompting suspicions leading to his arrest.

Despite Adebukola's assertion of no affiliation or knowledge of Gistlover, the Police purportedly aimed to leverage his association to apprehend the elusive figure. As of now, Gistlover remains unscathed by the authorities, while Adebukola remains in police custody since the previous month.

Adebukola was initially apprehended in Ibadan and confined at the Eleyele Station before being relocated to Abuja.
