Why Banks used to seize and destroy any Debit card ingested by their ATM terminal? Is there any law that support this or it's a kind of pure wickedness.? Coz at times it may be a kind of electrical or technical issue on the ATM terminal. |

CBN regulation...If its their own bank card, they will give you after verifying that you are the owner using the kyc in place..Other banks card are destroyed because they don't have access to their kyc. 3 Likes |
