I was not there so I can't say he is quity or not.

All the governor needs to do is appoint a female commissioner for women affairs. He does not need a first lady to govern a state.

All he needs to do is to visit Nairaland, we have more than enough qualify ladies that can easily perform that role, it will be an opportunity to fight and encourage feminist.
