When you say he empowered predatory digital money lenders (DMLs), do you mean that he granted them operating licenses to begin with? I am asking because I don't think such powers were ever within his remit.

We have noticed that some of the online loan platforms that were shut down are coming back. Were they shut down permanently? If not, how do you monitor that such platforms do not return?

FCCPC is a neonate agency, created just about 2 years ago. Despite that, Irukera has managed to project the agency into good limelight. He spearheaded the regulation of loan apps. Me thinks he should have been allowed to serve out his tenure, unless he is found culpable of a crime
