Yes hitler is at number 3, surprising right? Well the western world has so painted Hitler has the baddest and most evil tyrant of which he's actually not the worst. Yes his war led to the most death in any war (ww2) . it was a war and death from all sides is guaranteed. However, Hitlers killings is estimated to be around 15 to 20 million people aside the actual ww2. 6 million Jews and around 10 to 14 million non Jews which consisted of Soviets and others.

Stalin was more brutal and evil than Hitler. He killed around 30 to 60 million people through starvation, torturings, death sentence etc.
