POSITIONS:
1. Production Manager
Educational Qualifications:
Diploma/OND/HND in Mechanical or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Industrial Production.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial position, preferably in an industrial fabrication shop or industrial construction industry.
Location:
Owo, Ondo State
Remuneration:

2. Site Installation manager-
Educational Qualification:
Diploma/OND/HND in Mechanical or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Industrial Production.
Work Experience:
10+ years of proven working experience in the management of mill/ industrial installation.
- Advanced knowledge of installation management processes, means, and methods.
- Working knowledge of and the ability to train and coach others on the installation process.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control methods for process equipment and systems.
- Knowledge of piping components and systems, fabrication, and installation.
- Well-versed in Isometrics, P&IDs, orthographies, and arrangement drawings.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, review engineering, and installation packages, and ensure adequate scope for project execution.
- Ability to influence installation workforces to achieve desired results.
- Teamwork and ability to work effectively with others and communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Experience overseeing groups of contractors.
- Ability to plan and see the "big picture".
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- Excellent time and project management skills such as managing schedules and coordinating activities.
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. etc.

Educational Qualification:
HND/BSC/MSC in mechanical background.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a General Manager

- Relationship management skills.
- Computer proficiency including email, spreadsheets, word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. etc.
- Sound judgment informed by extensive practical knowledge and experience.
- Innovative, inventive, and analytical, able to pre-empt and resolve problems with ease.
- Agile, responsive, and good under pressure.
- Able to handle conflict and resolve differences of opinion.
- Heightened cultural awareness – able to relate and build relations.
