The toughest bosses can unintentionally become your best teachers.

Have you ever had a boss who was hard to please?
You're not alone.

Many of us have been there, including me.

It felt like every small mistake was a disaster, and asking questions was off-limits.

But here's what I did:
I started looking for answers independently, working harder and learning faster to avoid her trouble.

I didn't realise it then, but this tough situation pushed me to grow.

Now, let's be clear:
Constant criticism isn't good for anyone.
It's stressful and unhealthy.
I don’t know anyone who likes to be yelled at or insulted.

But these tough situations can teach us a lot.

Think of it like this:
The best plants often grow from the richest soil, and well, that soil is made from manure.
Think about what manure is, and you’ll see what I mean.

So, try to find the lesson if you're dealing with a demanding boss or a challenging situation.

Learn what you can, then move on without the negativity.

It's not about enduring harshness.
It's about finding strength and learning from every situation.

Keep pushing forward and turn your toughest experiences into your greatest lessons.

My last boss taught me bout HARD work.
Mental hardwork.

The ability to run so many moving parts profitably.
He knew every chain of the business and ran it all efficiently.
Production, Maintenance, sales and marketing, account, procurement, HR...business just dey expand everyday...and he's on top of it all.

Left honourably and took all that ability with me.

We have to convert our potential energy to kinetic energy.

PS.
The tough part....he doesn't transfer knowledge.

You go just see new development...na you go use your head understand the wisdom in that move.

You learn from him at your own pace...it's exhausting to keep going to sokoto, for what is in your śokoto.
