Nigerian Organizations/government Agencies Without Functional Phones, Emails by dewiseacre(m): 1:07pm On Jan 17
So there are several organizations, especially government agencies in this country that make themselves inaccessible yet they float websites but with numbers that NEVER go through or emails that are responded to never, or years after.

I've been trying to reach the Nigeria law school to find out their process of verifying certificates of students who graduated from the institution (we have a new staff whose certificate we want to verify). Numbers are not going through and emails are not responded to! Do they expect people to "travel" to their offices in Abuja or Lagos just to get basic information?
