I have a close relative currently interviewing with Crossboundary group. The position is in their Lagos office. If you check them out, it's an international organization. Does anyone work there to know their salary scale? How much do they pay averagely, is it Naira or Dollars. This will help my relative negotiate the pay and not shortchange himself, any useful information about their pay and work culture will be deeply appreciated. Please help a brother. Thank you
