Today, Hon Bamisaye Roy Adedamola, representing OYE Constituency 1 at the Ekiti Youth Parliament and serving as its spokesperson, led a delegation to visit the newly inaugurated Chairman of OYE Local Government, Hon Mrs Bamisile Adesola Clara, and the Chairman of Ayede LCDA, Hon Aderemi Ajayi.

The purpose of the visit was to extend congratulations on their successful elections, inaugurations, and official resumption to office. Additionally, the delegation presented the 2024 first quarter agenda for the constituency youths, seeking full support and synergy for effective implementation.

Hon Mrs Bamisile Adesola Clara described the proposed agenda as a very brilliant idea that ultimately resonate with Governor Biodun Abayomi's six-point agenda. She expressed her keen interest towards youths development as she strongly believe in the youths being the strength of every developed society. She also acknowledged the team's energy and affirmed her readiness to collaborate closely with the youth parliament to ensure significant progress in the youth sector.

Hon Aderemi Ajayi, the Chairman of Ayede LCDA, along with Vice Chairman Hon Mrs Abejide Comfort and Secretary Hon Oladipo Adekunle, endorsed the 2024 constituency youth agenda. They assured that Ayede LCDA is committed to providing necessary support, emphasizing that their doors are always open for the youth parliament.

The visit marks the successful completion of the initial stage of consultations, setting the stage for the implementation of proposed youth developmental programs and projects. Hon Bamisaye Roy Adedamola and his team express gratitude for the positive responses, affirming their heightened motivation to bring about positive change with the backing of the Local Government and LCDA.
