poor standard of legal education is equal to wrongful imprisonment which is prevalent in Nigeria. It’s linked to poor investigation.

Standing as surety or guarantor to a person you cant produce when wahala happens is an unwise risk. Dont be afraid to decline if you are not sure of who you are standing for.

Hmmmm .... his case wasn't even heard .... I'm almost sure he will have to remind them why he's in prison. Maybe he should tell the court he was locked up because he refused to give a policeman his phone.

He has used the bus to pay upto 700k, with maybe the same conductor. He also knows the Conductor can drive, which means the Conductor has driven the car before. Why did his Conductor suddenly change to become criminal?
