Supreme Court Verdicts Affirms INEC's Credibility by TimeManager(m): 12:38pm On Jan 20
By virtue of the consistency of the Apex court in delivering judgements according to the rule of law, all gubernatorial cases were dispatched off justiceably. So far, all Governors whose victories were challenged have been returned. Certainly, this attests to INEC's capacity to conduct free, fair and credible elections, the winners in the guber polls were affirmed as rightfully and lawfully declared by INEC. It speaks to the fact that the era of ballot snatching, multiple thumb printing, ballot stuffing, etc, is gone gone for good. this also indicates a remarkable improvement to the 2019 election. The 2023 elections was a validation on INEC's credibility with the hope that the electoral process keeps improving as our democracy matures.

Aren't you been sacarstic? Supreme Court only make it a herculien task to proof over voting no matter how obvious it look. They refused to give credence to BVAs as the only technology for accreditation.

It is not the duty of SC to make laws or insert ino the law what's not there. The SC basically interpretes the provisions of the law whereby INEC has the discretion to conduct elections or upload results as she wishes. Until National Assembly makes electronic transmission mandatory.

Who said so? A stupid inec is that is biased? Supreme Court delivery of judgment is not an affirmation that inec is good, rather it's to avoid too many off circles elections

Whatever happens that money they got they won't use it to do anything good for themselves. If a bribe occurred financially or mentally. We will ruin this country together.

There can't be an off cycle elections with the amendments to the electoral laws. Judgements are delivered within a specified period.

Because the results didn't go your way?. If it did, you'd have been eulogizing the judiciary like opposition Governors.

You'd only succeed in ruining yourself. If yov had a proof of financial inducement, why have you failed to present it. I remember we had cash scarcity during the election, people couldn't move cash about.

How about the times he and his party (since the ACN) lost elections, why couldn't he used his Maradona-esque skills to manipulate the results?

Why are the governors thanking Tinubu after Supreme Court judgments? You know more than these governors?

If you're looking for legitimacy for Amoda,
the mandate thief, you won't find it.

The Supreme Court is also a court of policy and yes they can make judiciary pronouncements that becomes law. However,
the Supreme Fraud will always maintain the status quo of corruption because they're all corrupt!

Stop calling God in vain. God cannot be mocked.

A serious country will do a critical analysis why the country is continuously going down instead of calling on God to bless corruption

Of course the UK had a stable democracy and a particular system of Government running century long. We're making progress too.

The court cannot stop a litigation taken before it. We once practised the type of parliamentary system and no party went to court after the elections.
