Recently, I have noticed strange faces in Plateau state which I suspect to be people fleeing from Abuja, Kidnappers. I have tried to verify some of the vehicles of some faces I suspect but the details I am getting from FRSC appears to be different from the vehicle they are with. I do not see reason why any one will drive vehicle with plate number of totally different vehicle if not for fraudulent purpose. 1 Like |

What does this one mean. The vehicle that trailed me today. This is the vehicle plate number status on road safety portal.
