I encountered a fraudulent punter on telegram with the name: @RAFAEL144 this guy is from Ghana and he gives betting tips to both Ghanaians and Nigerians he offers fixed matches; correct score, live draws.. promising a 100 percent chance of winning, and a refund of their money if his predictions go wrong, he charges his Nigerian subscribers N6k and 70GHC to his Ghanaian subscribers but it’s all a big scam‼️‼️
A friend of mine unfortunately fell victim to his scam I will be sharing some screenshots of their conversations … please guys beware of all these fraudulent tipsters you can always note them once they start charging you in exchange for fixed matches, in the main time please help me report both his telegram account and his channel
