1. SENIOR WEB-DEVELOPER

Job Description
The ideal candidate must have a wealth of experience in developing cloud-based systems and have a good knowledge of several programming languages. The main focus of the role will be to develop high-tech applications and web-based platforms to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities
• Investigate and identify user requirements along with system requirements for new websites and applications requiring development.
• Prioritize software development projects, set timelines, and assign tasks to team members.
• Manage and prioritize development projects, assign timelines, and effectively delegate tasks to team members.
• Create and develop wireframes to discover the best layout.
• Write code and review code where required for various applications.
• Ensure functionality by carrying out testing and debug code where required.
• Monitor the performance and oversee Junior Developers to effectively evaluate their performance.
• Collaborate with designers to decide on user interface elements such as graphics and navigation bars and buttons.
• Ensure the documentation for each piece of developed software or application is kept up to date and easily accessible for future use.
• Work alongside mobile developers to create and build mobile-accessible websites.

Requirements
• Applicant must be diploma holder from Nigerian institute of information technology (NIIT) or equivalent
• Previous work experience in a Web Developer position preferably as a Senior Developer or a Supervisor
• Proficient in multiple programming languages such as JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP
• Demonstrated knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with creating prototypes and mockups
• Good understanding of stabilization and security practices
• Knowledge of network diagnostic tools
• Great leadership, mentoring, and team management skills

2. GEODETIC SURVEYORS (2)

Job Description
The idea candidate is responsible for conducting precise measurements and using advanced surveying techniques to determine the precise positions and measurements of points on the Earth's surface.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Conducting geodetic surveys to measure and determine the exact positions, elevations, distances, angles, and coordinates of points on
the Earth's surface.
2. Utilizing advanced surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners, to collect data and create accurate
maps, models, and charts.
3. Analyzing and interpreting survey data to create accurate topographic, geospatial, and engineering drawings and models.
4. Collaborating with engineers, architects, construction teams, and other professionals to provide accurate surveying information and
support for projects.
5. Conduct boundary surveys to define property lines and establish legal boundaries.
6. Conducting control surveys for aerial photography, satellite imagery, and mapping projects.
7. Overseeing the establishment and maintenance of control points and benchmarks for surveying projects.
8. Supervising surveying crews and ensuring proper surveying techniques and procedures are followed.
9. Providing technical assistance and expertise in surveying-related matters to clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
10. Staying updated with the latest advancements in surveying technology, techniques, and regulations.
1. Skills required

Requirements
1. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Professional licensure as a Geodetic Surveyor or eligibility for licensure.
3. Extensive experience in geodetic surveying, including fieldwork and data analysis.
4. Proficiency in using surveying software and CAD applications.
5. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to surveying.
6. Familiarity with local zoning laws, land development regulations, and building codes.
7. Strong knowledge of geospatial reference systems, datums, and coordinate systems.
8. CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
9. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different work locations as required.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute corporate business development and market penetration plan.
• Oversee and manage the Business Development team.
• Lead initiatives to develop existing markets and expand into new markets.
• Oversee and support all elements of corporate business development activities such as:
account management, capture, proposal development, coordination of hand off to corporate
operational managers, and continuous interface with customers and business partners.
