Please I really need help, @StanbicIBTC have been frustrating me over my pension account. Don't know how they came about change in my DOB. They keep requesting for unrealistic docs everytime I submitted one. Have submitted my birth cert, international passport and statutory declaration of age from court. Please which authority can I report them to? Somebody pls help This is becoming frustrating. |
