General Sani Abacha of Nigeria at his weekly cabinet meeting informed his ministers that president Jerry Rawlings of Ghana built a space shuttle and would travel to Mars in the coming months. Gen. Abacha then declared that he wanted to build a Rocket and would travel to the Sun.  In fear, Abacha's ministers replied, "But General, how can we travel to the sun when it is so hot?
