I am about to roof my house and have done the wooden frames for the roofing already. I got this quote from a roofing contractor and I feel the cost is some how high. Building size is somehow small, a 4 bed room duplex with 3 bed ensuite upstairs. Experts in the house what could be wrong here? Can I get a cheaper quote than this?
