Ibadan, the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has suspended the Permit for Non-Commercial Flight (PNCF) of the airline. The suspension will remain in effect until it is determined that the conditions of the PNCF were adhered to by the private jet charter providers. The move aligns with Sec 32 (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 2022.
