1. Buy a plot of land, build a hostel on it within a time frame of 5 - 10 years then use the proceeds from it to build more hostels and establish other businesses.

2. Buy several plots of land within a time frame of 5 - 10 years.. When satisfied, sell off some of these lands and use the money to pursue studies abroad.
