i am new to the landlord world and i need explanation from experts on how to calculate my tenants rent duration. If thier rent expires by JULY and they pay 1year rent when will it starts reading? will i start from august because i am a bit confused. |

If thier rent expires by JULY and they pay 1year rent when will it starts reading? For the rent to expire by JULY shows he paid the rent by August of the previous year. It means his rent will start to read from August. You no get this confusion when you be tenant, you don become landlord now, come dey form "you're confused" Don't be greedy, landlord. 1 Like |
