Am having stomach growling very loudly and watery poop for like 4 weeks now, the stomach is very loud like flushing toilet.
Am losing weight very fast because of the watery poop, note every foods I eat still give me watery pop.
I have taken different pills recommended by (different pharmacy) nothing come out.
Am still available for any recommendations before I poop the small meat way dey my body finish 🫣🫣

Rx

1. Tab. Loperamide 2mg ii stat. then 1 after every lose stool but not more than 6times in a day (two tablets first, then 1 tablet after every purging not more than 6 times in a day).

2. Tab. Flagyl 400mg bd x 1/52

3. ORS satchet, put pure water in small size coke bottle, mix the ORS satchet in that small size coke bottle and drink small small, but ensure to finish it in 24 hours.

4. Tab. Zinc 20mg one daily for 7/7 (seven days).
