Job Description

Manage all Employee Documentation
Act as an intermediary between the Management Team and Employees
Responsible for every aspect of human resources, from organizational training and development to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Requirements and Experience

A Master's Degree holder is an added advantage
5 to 7 years experience in hospital environs in the capacity of an Human Resources Admin. in the health sector
Must be ready to resume in February 2024
Must have minimum of BSc in business admin, human resources or related environs
A member of a human resources professional body is a plus (CIPM, SHRM, PHRI).

Key Competencies Required:

Ability to manage the recruitment and selection process
Knowledge of Payroll computation and preparation
Knowledge in performance management.

Salary

N250,000 monthly.
