Not a writer just my opinion.

It is rather unfortunate that we treat some important issues with kid gloves, especially things that involves tyranny, anarchy or complete violation of human rights especially in our continent Africa.

Mali, Niger and Burkina Faso are the 3 West African countries presently under Coup d'etat governments, meanwhile 2 of these countries came for the AFCON Tournament. I expect Confederation of African Football (CAF) to have sanctioned these countries to send message to the citizens of these countries that we unanimously expects that Democracy has come to stay in the continent.

It is also painful that these tyranny governments in these countries can't be totally blame for their actions and inactions as these governments tends to be performing better economy wise than their ousted elected government and even other democratically elected government in most of the African nations, though no country in the world failed to have its own share of corruptions and misappropriation but within few years those western nations had almost got it all right now. In the sense that they have stringent laws in place against corruption and misappropriation.

Unbelievably, Niger is even one of the fastest growing economy in Africa. The standard of living is now getting promising for the citizens. Are we to keep waiting for a revolution that might never come.

Among so many questions begging for answers is; when will Africa countries start to get things right?. So that the continuous brain drain happening will cease and we can also boast that we are capable of governing ourselves here in the Africa and lives can be secure in our home country.

It is annoying that age long adage that history will always get worse seems to be coming true for us in Africa.

Don’t mix politics with football Abeg

Hat has democracy actually done for Africa if I may ask you

Are things not similar negatively to what is attainable under junta?

Wo, I should have expected caf to sanction Nigeria too for that rigged and flawed election

We saw how power was grabbed and ran away with, what has Ecowas said about that, or African union , instead they shameless said that was the best election in years

If you follow africa coup trend...they always start up on a goodnote. Give them three years when they are now power drunk and watch how they will change immediately.
