I need a professional solar installer here please , and how much will it cost to install solar in 22 flats , the pros and cons ... how to manage it .. all fully explained

Thanks for the response.

Just systems for residential areas are capital intensive when we start considering backup up time with an estimated base load.
I will propose
1. A centralised system with metering at each flat. Or
2. A decentralised system for each flat.

The two setup above has its numerous Pros and Cons.

And just to note point 1 is more suitable when you will like to manage the power ( they pay premium for power) while point 2 is more like a value added service (they pay premium for service charge (this assumption is made based on houses are for rent))
