Foreign drugs is now out of the rich for middle class Nigerians. Some foreign Drugs that sell between 30k ~ 40k are now over 100k-150k.

Synriam anti malaria drug that i use to buy 1700 is now over 4500. To treat ordinary malaria from pharmacy store you should be holding above 7k and we are not even talking of clinic?

For we that sick malaria almost every week now spends nothing less that 20k to treat malaria every month.

There's nothing like middle class again in Nigeria. It's either you're rich or poor. There's no in-between again.
