Pls I registered sim for someone some months ago now I blocked the sim through an Airtel agent and I called the number and confirmed that it blocked because it says “ the person does not have facility to receive your call”
Now the person is making and receiving calls with the same number , is there any way the person have unlocked the sim without my nin ? Because I am looking for my NIN now coupled with some of my credentials

Yes na if he went to airtel office, they would Re-Register it for him using his Nin
Why would you go and register Sim for someone and still call airtel to block it.
Why cant you just inform the person that you can't do it from onset
