The departure of top pharmaceutical companies from Nigeria exacerbates this concern.

I implore you to prioritize your health and well-being. Abstain from alcohol abuse, manage stress, and be cautious of consuming substandard drugs, which are increasingly prevalent in the market. Notably, some affordable antihypertensive medications may no longer be effective in controlling blood pressure(from experience)
