They should eat mostly fruits and vegetables

Stay away from processed foods


Reduced carbs of all kinds be it heavy swallow or soft drinks.

Lastly physical activities and exercises helps alot.

I'm a registered nurse, so I educate based on my scope of practice and knowledge. I'm tired of hearing some people say, 'He was so healthy; only God knows what killed him...' and all the others I used to hear. Protect your parents; get them screened to rule out any chronic conditions.
