Real Estate Investment Regarding Nigeria? (foreigner) by TheAnimeEnjoyer: 12:01pm On Feb 04
grin Hey guys, I have some questions I want to ask about and the real estate market, I want to know. I've decided I want to expat from Australia to Nigeria due to my own personal reasons. I figured out I can stay in Nigeria via marrying someone for permeant residence.

Moving on, I don't know much about the real estate market in Nigeria, but I do have an few questions if someone could help me?

Let's say you have about 78 million naira saved in the bank right now? What would you do? Could I invest into an large commercial property rent all the rooms, or something and make passive income. Let's say it generates 1 million naira monthly?

I don't know much, but I plan on going to Nigeria and seeing what's it like first? Before investing.

Or, maybe an business that can generate income monthly?
