If you're like some of us that are emotionally detached and no longer feel jealous, then by all means, indulge in whatever is the reason you're with her. Just don't make any long-term plans with her involved, and protect yourself if you're diving into her pond. I once dated someone who was dating three other guys. Ordinarily, I would have ended the relationship, but she was good at it, so why not? Something led to something couple of years later and I told her everything I knew. She blamed me for not stopping her when I found out she was seeing others. Shame didn't allow her to come to my house again, so we parted ways. Whether you are first, center, or last in her life doesn't matter if you have no intention of settling down with her. |
