Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Farm Operations Supervisor to manage the daily activities of our integrated
poultry, snail, and fish farm. Reporting to the Farm Administrative Supervisor, this role requires a skilled
professional with a strong background in farm operations, animal husbandry, and team management.

Responsibilities:
1. Daily Operations Oversight:
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the poultry, snail, and fish farm operations.
- Ensure adherence to established protocols and standards for optimal production.

2. Animal Care and Husbandry:
- Oversee the health, feeding, and overall well-being of poultry, snails, and fish.
- Implement and monitor biosecurity measures to maintain a healthy farm environment.

3. Infrastructure Maintenance:
- Supervise maintenance tasks related to farm infrastructure, including pens, ponds, and equipment.

- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address repairs promptly.

4. Inventory and Resource Management:
- Manage inventory levels for feed, equipment, and supplies.

- Optimize resource utilization to achieve production targets.

5. Staff Supervision:
- Lead and motivate farm staff, providing guidance and support.

- Collaborate with the Farm Administrative Supervisor on scheduling and resource allocation.

- Work closely with the Farm Quality Assurance Supervisor to guarantee the excellence of the farm's
produce

6. Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, production metrics, and inventory levels.
- Provide regular reports to the Farm Administrative Supervisor.

7. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
- Implement safety measures to protect employees, animals, and assets.

8. Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Farm Administrative Supervisor to relay operational updates and discuss
improvements.

- Communicate effectively with farm staff, addressing concerns and fostering a positive working
environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal science, or a related field.

- Proven experience in hands-on management of poultry, snail, and fish farms.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate with administrative staff and follow established protocols.

- Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and regulatory requirements.
