The foot is one of the a tools through which God dominate a territory .
The foot is the weapon of a footballer
As the hand is for a goal keeper .
The foot is a weapon and a tool for an infantry military personnel .
If a person does not have feet; real feet or artificial he can't play football .
If a sprinter doesn't have feet he can't run
So his first weapon or tool is his leg .

As God anoints the mouth ,hand ,and eyes so does he anoint and empower the foot (the soles of the feet whit fire).
He has given some christians the power of Dominion over territories and nation's .
That is why they could feel the soles of their feet burning with fiery sensation .
When one's sole burns then it signifies the power of Dominion ,to dominate different territories ,and nations.
(Though some could be diagnosed as a symptom of a disease )

But in( Christianity )spiritually that is the anoiting for mission. It is a call for mission .

1 Kings 5:3
[3]You know how my father David could not build a house for the name of the Lord his God because of the wars which were fought against him on every side, until the Lord put his foes under the soles of his feet.

After the death of Moses the servant of the Lord, it came to pass that the Lord spoke to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses` assistant, saying: ... Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you, as I said to Moses.
From the wilderness and this Lebanon as far as the great river, the River Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and to the Great Sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your territory.
No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you. (Joshua 1:1,3-5|NKJV

So the sole of the feet is a tool for dominion and the resting place of the missionary anointing .

These are my questions:

Does the feet of all Christian missionaries burn constantly?

If the fiery sensation stops and comes in seasons, burning lesser, what does that connote then?

How do you know if it's a missionary anointing and not just something normal happening to your feet?

The answer to the first question is no .
Many people have the calling of God upon their lives but not everyone of them is anointed yet .
The anointing come thorough prayer ,and fasting or through impartations .
But not everyone would be willing to fast and pray or seek for impartations ,so not all Christian missionaries who are genuinely called by God will feel that burning sensation under the sole of their foot but only those who engage these spiritual exercises .

The anointing doesn't only empowers but also informs the one who has it .
Someone who feels that sensation is empowered but through that same feeling he is informed by God that he has that calling or anointing .

The answer to the second question is that the ceasing and reoccurring of the anointing connote:
1.Inconsistency in going out on mission
(The more you go out the more you feel the fiery sensation under your sole )

2. Inconsistency in engaging the secret place
(The anointing comes through prayer fasting ,etc so one must continually practice the act that causes the out flow of the anointing if one desires to keep walking in its manifestation)

3. Every form (or types )of anointing doesn't flow without ceasing or dwindling or reducing
Because the anointing flows at the level of your consecration ,mortification of the flesh (eg. Fasting),and prayer .
But the anointing flows the most in the presence of God so one must cultivate the act of waiting alone in the presence of God .

Waiting is not just praying and fasting in secret
But also includes sitting down quietly at the spot where you regularly pray and focusing your mind on God for long hours or even days . this act keeps the anointing flowing consistently .

I don't know anything normal about a burning sole except
If you seat at a stop for long with your feet pressed on the ground for too long ,that could make your feel warm under your sole due lack of blood flow and pressure on the layer .

But when you could feel it even without going through this then that suggest it's not normal
But could be
1. A symptoms of health conditions ,and I have checked and found it could be a symptom of nerve breakdown ,or diabetes .

But the one that is as a result of spiritual anointing needs to be spiritually discerned .

I believe some people who experience the spiritual one might have visited a doctor who could tell them it's a symptom of a sickness because such doctor is trained to diagnose by the natural and therefore might never think of the possibility of it been a spiritual phenomenon .

So those who experience this sensation would do well to also try to see if it is spiritual .

The factors that separate the spiritual from the other types is that the spiritual can be awaken or amplified by the person who feels it

Secondly the spiritual feels different
It feels like you're stepping on live coals of fire .
Thirdly the causes of spiritual can not be diagnosed by a medical doctor since it root is spiritual .

You should be aware that some new-age teachings also have their own interpretation to what a burning sensation under the sole of the feet means .
