As long as that sector is not regulated. Forget it. The farmers are buying agro chem and other imputs at expensive rate. You don't expect their food items to get to the market cheap.
Expensive farm inputs can never justify increase of grains by over 300% within a year.
Corn of N300 a measure is now N1000. How can farm inputs be used to justify such when the goods have been harvested before selling for N300 and now it is suddenly going for N1000?

a bag of fertilizer few weeks ago went from 22k to 33k. You expect a farmer who stored his corn to sell them cheap and then buy rice expensive.
