THE TRUTH ABOUT OUR SUFFERING

A man unknowingly ties his neck with 'aklo' (chain) and God almighty in his infinite mercy removes the aklo and throws it away. The same man wakes up the following day, goes to where the aklo is lying, lifts it and, this time around knowingly and willingly ties it around his neck, do we expect God to come and remove the aklo again?

We have strangulated ourselves with our thoughtlessness.

God has helped us but all the time, we choose to remain in self-inflicted captivity.

Today, we're all crying because of rising cost of living but who caused it? God or man?

Even when the voice of reason came, instructing us to act aright, we rejected it. Today, we're all crying. I remember quite clearly how a certain man warned that if we go the wrong direction, we will suffer...are we not suffering today? To us, God has been merciful enough. But due to our unreasonableness, He has withdrawn and left the ball in our court. Therefore, how to escape this quagmire is ours and ours alone.
