A Tale Of Suicide And A Failed Country by Daewoods(m): 8:35pm On Feb 10
Suicide and death have become the solace of many a Nigerian, citizens battered, depressed and frustrated have now reached a point where death and rest from the failures of the country and it's system have become their only respite.
Yet the government and leaders in their characteristic moronic ways are neither ready to respond or do anything about the abounding deaths of it's citizens.
Being a youth in Nigeria and not having your top plans being to flee the country, then you're a failed youth because no matter whatever you achieve the system soonest catches up with you and most times in a deathly and grave way.
Most Nigerians and their leaders are hypocritical, foolish and backward thinking, only good in self serving religiousness and tribalism.
I have never had any hope in Nigeria, knowing the calibre of it's citizens and leaders.
I'm yet to travel outside the country but from those that have, when one travels outside Nigeria, your disgust for the country multiplies. Nigerians are really suffering and the country is a hell and we have gotten used to it; suffering and smiling.
Corruption, tribalism, foolish religiousness and hypocrisy forever bounding Nigerians and Nigeria down.
99% of Nigerians you can find in churches, mosques and all, yet still very corrupt, even if the government deserves almost all the blame for failing it's citizens totally.
The country has vast wealth being wasted by a few select elite.
How painful that as a Nigerian, one graduates from a tertiary institution in the hellhole of a country with its suicidal educational system and sadistic lecturers yet one can't secure a job or meaningful employment, at most all one will get is an underpaid and low paying job no matter the outstanding level of your certificate or your smart mindset.
Nigeria continually disgusts proper thinking people and Nigerians, ordinary constant electricity and good healthcare available even in the lowliest African countries Nigerians don't have. Government officials looting and corruption at every point, billions upon billions of Nigerian funds stacked in Switzerland, the UK, US, Dubai, and many other countries while Nigerians continue to languish in abject poverty and a hell of a country.
Nigerian government officials from the president down to the local government officials all fraudsters and thieves.
Our judiciary, corrupt fraudsters who pervert justice selling to the highest bidder.
The EFCC, ICPC all fraudulent organizations.
The Nigerian Custom a fraud.
The Nigerian Military a bigger fraud.
The Nigerian Police armed, fraudulent and godforsaken thieves and murderers.
The Nigerian Civil servants corrupt and scammers.
The Nigerian lecturers corrupt and sadistic.
The Nigerian sellers fraudsters and conniving.
No provision of jobs for it's teeming youths, giving rooms to armed robbers, kidnappers, internet fraudsters and all manner of criminals.
The system is totally rotten.
Nigerians are hypocrites and can continue deceiving themselves but until they tackle the root causes of the problems of the nation then the country is going nowhere.
Nigeria needs a revolution but unfortunately Nigerians suffer from Stockholm syndrome, stuck in a love hate relationship with their oppressors and hence unable to challenge nor change the system.
Nigeria is a big for nothing, shameless, useless and godforsaken cesspit, it's leaders too.
And for those Nigerians committing suicide or ready to commit suicide, let your death count for something, don't die a meaningless death, judge those responsible for where you're, the leaders, the police or whoever and hold them accountable. Use your life and death to wage a war against them, kill them if needed, their families and put them in the same pain as they have you and million others. One can learn anything online, a homemade explosive device or whatever and Nigerian leaders lack security and are hardly security conscious even in their gatherings and house of parliament. Let's take back our country. I for one if I ever arrive at the point where I have to commit suicide, instead of dying meaninglessly, taking poison in my room or hanging myself, I will make my death count for something by making sure I take along a number of the useless moronic leaders and police officers and military Nigeria and Nigerians are cursed with and I'm calling on all youths and citizens to do the same. Enough is enough and a government should be afraid of it's citizens and not the other way round.
