Breaking: Arewa Agenda advocates radical change to citizens' empowerment

Stakeholders at Arewa New Agenda interactive conference, under the leadership of the former SGF Malam Mahmud Yayele Ahmed, has called out the legislative and executive arms of government to "engage in better and more viable skills development and SMEs instead of soap and detergent businesses.

The conference stressed the need to apply alternative businesses, the type that have been developed to suit global demands.

The conference insisted on changing the culture of skills training and acquisition, bigger than the less-viable soaps and detergent variant.
