Good day everyone, I have been having this grade 3 hemorrhoids for months now. If I use the toilet,my anus bulges out bigtime and I have to use my hand to push it in,and afterwards I feel severe pains. (Now going to toilet now to excrete is a serious nightmare for me). It's affecting my productivity at work,home as a family man. This pain is too much. I need recommendations on what to use that will cure it finally. I have used DAFLON 500mg,I saw little improvement but the pain still there. Please I need your suggestions,on how to overcome this pile Thanks. |

Stop alcohol. Stop all soft drink. Stop eating noodles and spaghetti Drink lots and lots of water. Thank me later. This issue has been flogged times with out num wr and I know I have contributed extensively on this kind of story so feel free to go through topics I have posted on |

Hagiazomakai Stop eating jollof rice or any food that has stew, pepper in them. Stop taking sugar or anything that has sugar in it like soft drinks, bananas or other fruits that have sugar. Stop eating boiled eggs. Stop eating bread because it also has sugar in it. Drink at least 2 sachets of water after each meal you take. It also means you're milk intolerant. People who are milk intolerant should stop drinking milk and anything made from or with milk. People who are milk intolerant also suffer from pile ( blood coming out an*s while purging ) due to taking too much sugar. You must stop milk, sugar, bread, stew, drinks that have sugar, boiled eggs, pepper, suya e.t.c Before you go the toilet.. drink at worse 1 sachet or half a bottle of water. There's is no cure or medicine to completely treat it. You have to become strict with what you eat and drink. |

Thanks for your comment I dont do alcohols i take at least in a day 8 sachet water. I stopped softdrinks a while now I still eat noodles and spag though Mcreloaded: |

Hagiazomakai: Also no sugar wether cube or granulated. If you have e stopped soft drink and you do t take alcohol then also stop sugar the pain will immediately start to go little by little. If the pain is that severe then take tetracycline like 4 at once and the pain will stop immediately. |

You know one of my major problem was eating strong yellow eba(garri),I thought I was being a big boy,I didnt know I was dying. So when i want to poo,I will now be groaning, and it was affecting my rectal veins, coupled with constipations too. I've learnt my lessons now.
