Job Title: Branch Manager(Female)

Location: Island, Lagos
Salary: 200k Net

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Mobilize clinic resources to meet daily targets for patient growth.
Organize campaigns and business development activities.
Research and identify prospects, write proposals, and convert them to customers.
Coordinate team for excellent customer service.
Ensure monthly sales revenue target is met and exceeded.
Train new and developing clinical practices.
Participate in recruitment and orientation of clinical staff.
Implement staff workload standards and productivity reports.
Develop and monitor clinic policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Manage staff and patient complaints and address them appropriately.
Establish systems of accountability for staff.
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
Manage administrative responsibilities including personnel management.
Supervise client relations department.
Maintain high ethical and professional standards.
Perform other assigned duties.
Maintain clinic patient records and financial database.
Provide direction regarding clinical issues related to managed care.
Collaborate with staff, departments, and vendors for quality services.
Resolve operational problems and promote good client relations.
Manage clinic inventory and stock products.
Monitor and maintain contact with delivery teams.
Manage utility bill payments.
Ensure office equipment and tools are functioning.
Supervise cash remittance and petty cash.
Manage inventory and stock reorder.
Supply items needed in the store.
Ensure doctors are supplied with necessary materials.
Ensure maintenance of operational machines.
Send weekly reports to management.
Perform other assigned duties.
