FG gave Billions of dollars away to the Banks and individuals through foreign Exchange FG collected from Crude
Oil Sales

It was called round Tripoing

They would collect foreign currency May be at N700 per dollar from FG and immediately sell it in the black market for N1000

Instantly collecting 30% profit

Money that should have gone towards feeding the poor building Schools industries roads and Railways

And it went on for decades even while Nigeria piled up National debt

The Fuel Subsidy was also another National Scam

How much was fuel subsidy and how much would it cost FG to build working refineries in Nigeria

The banks are way too politically exposed and I blame the regulators. The height of the misnomer was when the past CBN Governor went to buy the Presidential nomination form while still in office. I was really shocked at such bizarre conduct.

I was only explaining how round tripping ripped Nigerians off
They are robbing Nigerians especially the people.of the Niger Delta where the sold Crude Oil came from

Corruption is part and parcel of the world.. But do you know the difference between corrupt Nigerian leaders and their western counterparts: in saner climes, politicians gets the job done after adding few dollars to the original budget, in your country, your leaders charges extravagantly on an imaginary job

Nigeria could have been the Dubai of Africa. Money is the root of all evil and the damage greed and corruption has done is a testament turning it to the poverty capital of the world- a land blessed with solid minerals, oil and some of the best land for agriculture in the world.

Corruption could have never thrived in Nigeria without the active connivance of the banks. All allocation at federal, state and local level are paid into the various banks since 1960 including federal agencies like NNPC, Customs and even NPA where Bode George looted from.

The bankers are active in helping them with money laundering and covering up the and cleaning the books.
