14th of January I bought 40 bags of cement for 228k which is #5700 each, a week later I bought 20 bags for 130k that’s #6500 each, 2 days after I brought another 20 bags for 150k making it #7500 each. Yesterday it was #9300 each and today it’s 10k each.

You can’t build a house on a budget in Tinubu’s Nigeria of today, Dangote and others won’t allow you succeed.

It’s clear those earning minimum wages can’t build a house anymore.

We can all build our houses without cement, I will never use cement for my blocks, I just needed very little quantity of cement for plastering and that is all. It is better we all go for ECOBLOCK, where just plastics bottles and sand will be use to mould our blocks. I think it is time we all forget about Dangote and his cabal.
