Dear Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State,

We have been trying to reach you through various platforms to bring to your attention the actions of the APC in profiling our youths in Edo State. They are using their federal government power to label our youths as "yahoo yahoo boys," forcibly extracting confessions, and illegally confiscating their belongings. This is clearly an attempt to suppress the voting strength of Edo State, particularly those who support you and who worked hard to ensure your return to government house.

The individual leading this unjust campaign against our youths is Detective OluwaKemi of the CyberCrime Section (CCS 1) at the EFCC Benin. She can be reached at 0803 700 6196. This criminal element has arrested over 1000 boys in Edo State, coercing them into false confessions and seizing their assets. She then sells these seized assets at a fraction of their value, all without any legitimate complaints or evidence against the victims.

We urge you to take action, investigate Detective OluwaKemi, and remove her from Edo State. She must be held accountable for her actions and explain how she acquired a house worth over 500,000 pounds in London, suspected to be from extorting the hardworking youths of Edo State. We are not internet fraudsters but respectable members of society. She must provide evidence for her actions and cease harassing our youth.

Governor Obaseki, we trust in your leadership and look forward to your swift response to address this injustice and protect the rights of our youths in Edo State.

Thank you.

We must highlight the significant impact that these actions will have on the political landscape of Edo State. The profiling of our youth as internet fraudsters by the EFCC in Edo State will create a negative perception of the governor's political party. The youths, who make up a significant portion of the population and hold the power to influence election outcomes, will not stand by quietly and let their fellow youth be unjustly targeted and labeled.

The actions of Detective OluwaKemi and the EFCC in Edo State will undoubtedly result in a backlash against the governor's political party. The youth, who were once supporters of the governor, will now be motivated to vote against his party in retaliation for the unjust profiling and harassment they have endured.

Furthermore, profiling individuals as internet fraudsters without proper evidence goes against the principles of criminal jurisprudence. It is a violation of their rights and undermines the credibility of the criminal justice system. This type of unjust behavior only serves to erode the trust and confidence of the people in the government and its agencies.

It is crucial for Governor Obaseki to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that justice is served. The reputation of his political party and the well-being of the youth in Edo State are at stake. Failure to address this issue swiftly and decisively could result in significant political consequences and damage the governor's party people's democratic party (PDP) chances of winning the upcoming election. The governor must act swiftly to rectify this injustice and restore the trust and confidence of the people in his leadership.

Efcc Criminal Official In Edo State OluwaKemi Olawoyin Exposed.

Good evening viewers, this is NTA news with breaking news from Edo State. The Punch Newspaper has reported that Detective OluwaKemi O. Olawoyin, with phone number 0803 700 6196, a member of the Cyber Crime Section (CCS 1) and Sectional Head of EFCC Benin, has been accused of excesses, extortion, and profiling of Edo State youths as yahoo boys.

The Edo People's Network (EPN) has called on Governor Godwin Obaseki to intervene and investigate the actions of Detective OluwaKemi. It has been reported that Detective OluwaKemi has been harassing and forcing innocent Edo State youths into plea bargains, confiscating their property, and abusing their rights.

Reports have surfaced of innocent youths being arbitrarily arrested and extorted by Detective OluwaKemi, who allegedly forces them to withdraw money from ATMs and give it to her in exchange for their freedom. One mother, Madam Patricia Ekeyede, spoke out about how her son and his cousin were harassed and beaten by Detective OluwaKemi and her gang, despite not committing any crime.

The EPN has expressed concern over the profiling and harassment of Edo State youths by Detective OluwaKemi and is calling for a thorough investigation into her actions. They have highlighted the need to strike a balance between law enforcement and protecting the rights of innocent citizens.

It is important to remember that while the fight against Internet fraud is crucial, arbitrary arrests and abuse of power must not be tolerated in a democratic society. The EPN is urging Governor Godwin Obaseki to take action and ensure that the rights of Edo State citizens are protected.

This is a developing story and NTA news will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available. Thank you for watching.

His Royal Majesty, Omo N'Oba N'Edo, Uku Akpolokpolo Oba Ewuare II, The Oba Of Great Benin Kingdom,

We, the Edo State youths, are appealing to you, our father and king, to use your esteemed position to address the excesses, extortion, and profiling of our youths as yahoo boys by Detective OluwaKemi O. Olawoyin of the Cyber Crime Section (CCS 1), EFCC Benin. We implore you to ensure a proper investigation of this EFCC official for turning our children into ex-convicts, threatening and forcing them into plea bargains, and confiscating their property for personal gain.

The arbitrary arrest, harassment, and extortion of innocent Edo State youths by Detective OluwaKemi O. Olawoyin under the pretext of hunting down Internet fraudsters have created fear and tension among our children and residents of Edo State.

One Madam Patricia Ekeyede, a citizen of Edo State, shared her son's experience of being harassed by Detective OluwaKemi and her armed men, who suspected them of being Yahoo boys or Internet fraudsters. They were stopped, surrounded, and brutally beaten, with their mobile phones seized. This unjust treatment has caused fear and anxiety among the people of Edo State.

Detective OluwaKemi seems to have a biased perception of what an Internet fraudster looks like in Edo State, leading to the wrongful profiling and harassment of innocent citizens. This has resulted in arbitrary arrests, extortion, and forcing innocent Edo children into plea bargains when they have committed no crime.

Furthermore, Detective OluwaKemi and her associates have been reported to engage in overzealous and abusive practices, such as forcing individuals to withdraw money from ATMs and arresting nightclub revelers without solid evidence. These actions not only violate the rights of the citizens but also create an atmosphere of fear and intimidation.

We urge you to use your influence to call for a thorough investigation into the conduct of Detective OluwaKemi and her associates at the Cyber Crime Section (CCS 1) of EFCC Benin. It is essential to ensure that law enforcement agents uphold the rule of law and do not abuse their powers, especially in a democratic society.

We believe that the actions of Detective OluwaKemi and her associates are detrimental to the peace and well-being of Edo State, and we seek your intervention to address these concerns. We trust in your wisdom and leadership to advocate for justice and fairness for the people of Edo State.

Comrade Ossagie Boizeme
Chairman, Edo People's Network (EPN)
