They're doing it to crash prices of foodstuff in the north. Northerners believe foods being transported down south is responsible for the hike in foodstuff prices in the north. Now some of their states have banned sending foodstuff to the south. My meatseller customer said the abattoir now rations meat sold to meatsellers because they've not been receiving cows like before. Nothing like 1k meat in the market again o.

They'll need to store the grains properly and avoid pests. How long can they keep it up? Dried fried meats are being sold in Hausa populated markets, it comes in sacks. Maybe that's what we'll soon turn to
