The proposed student loan for Nigerian students in tertiary institutions is a huge scam by APC and the drug criminal in Abuja. Any sane Nigerian that believes it will believe anything.

Mind you, I used the word 'sane' because I know there are lots of cheap insane online stipend collectors who try to defend the atrocities of the government.

How can a known drug criminal who rigged election, has no known childhood background, has no real identifiable classmates and graduated from schools even before they were established now tell you that he wants to help you to enhance your education, meanwhile, he is an epitome of educational fraud. An accountant that hates statistics.
